How Long Will My Order Take?


All delivery times are tagged at the checkout section. Once you place an order, you should receive a confirmation email where we would let you know your estimated delivery time. You can also check our IG highlights for delivery times!




I'm not sure what products to get, I need guidance


Drop us a message on Instagram DM's or via our contact form in the Contact Us section. Detail your skin concerns and we should get back to you on the best routine that would be suitable for you skin concerns.




I would like to pick up my products, where do I go?


We have 2 branches where you can shop with us, or pickup purchased items. To choose a pickup option, select pick up as the delivery option during checkout. Our addresses would be listed there for you to choose from.




I would like a refund, is this possible?


Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell - we will in most cases not be able to offer refunds or exchanges. We can only offer refunds/exchanges when the order has not left our warehouse.




Do you ship outside Nigeria? What are the fees?


There are different shipping costs for the different countries in Africa which you will be able to navigate through at checkout. Please note that there might be custom fees on some shipments. In the event that custom fees are incurred, these fees are liable to the receiver.
